Our Treatment Policy
Please read and accept our policy before you arrive for your treatment.
Here at RiaBelle, we pride ourselves in client satisfaction, health & safety and for you to achieve the best results from your appointment.
It is important that you read the following policy to optimise your experience with us and ensure clarity of expectations between client and therapist.
Making Your Booking
To secure your appointment you can book through our website, social media pages or by downloading the FRESHA app.
To avoid disappointment we advise you book early.
For treatments priced £100 or more, you are required to pay a £50 non-refundable deposit which will of course be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
In the interest of YOUR safety, ALL new clients are required to complete a patch test at least 24-48hrs before your treatment. A patch test is required for a small selection of services.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Booking
We kindly ask for a 40% deposit to secure your appointment. This will be processed through fresha when making your booking and of course will be deducted from the final price.
We understand that life has its surprises and that on some occasions, it may be necessary for you to cancel you booking. We ask that you provide us with at least 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to give such cancellation notice will result in the loss of your deposit. This also applies to no-show appointments.
If you wish to rearrange your appointment, please do this through the fresha app. Changes or cancellations to your booking with less than 48hrs notice will will result in the loss of your deposit. All adjustments can be made through your booking confirmation email.
Conditions of Your Appointment
To ensure that your treatment can be given the time and attention required - please arrive on time and if you are receiving any eyelash or eyebrow treatments, we kindly ask that you arrive makeup free on these areas as they can have an effect on your results & the time available to complete your treatment.
If you arrive early, we may not be able to answer. Please wait patiently until your appointment time to allow your therapist to prepare the beauty room.
In the event of your late arrival (up to 15 minutes) you must let us know by contacting us as soon as you can by phoning us. It is important that we maintain a fair and uninterrupted schedule for all our clients.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your appointment. Please call us as soon as you can under these circumstances.

Due to insurance purposes and limited space, your children are not permitted to accompany you of your appointment & please refrain from inviting friends and family members into the beauty room unless prearranged with us.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your treatment you must advise us within 48hrs of your appointment. We will do all we can to resolve the matter & please be advised that refunds are not issued.
